  • Once you have checked everything, hit 'I'm happy, let's move on' at the bottom of the screen.
  • Signing the Tenancy Declaration Agreement
  • You will be asked to confirm some initial details before signing the agreement, including;
    • Your contact information
    • How many people you will be moving in with
    • Whether you smoke or own any pets
  • Once you have completed these, you will be taken to this page to sign the declaration. You can view the agreement by clicking 'View Agreement at the bottom of the page.

  • Completing your application
  • Once you've provided all your information, simply click 'Save Progress' and close the browser window.
  • Additional Documents
  • If you need to include additional documents in your application and have used all the allotted spaces in the 'Additional Documents', you can email the documents to docs@vouch.co.uk and Vouch will upload them to your application.
  • Make sure to include your VCH reference number in the subject line and leave the body of the email blank.
  • Guarantor
  • If you are required to have a guarantor to help secure your tenancy, Vouch will ask for their name and contact details so an application can be sent to them. They will be asked to provide the same information you were asked for.

If you need any more help with your application, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
